They ended their night on deck, naked on the lounger with Penelope’s back snuggled against his chest, her hips sandwiched between his thighs. He ran his hand down the soft skin of her arm, then her belly, his feather light touch branding her.

“Not sure I like feeling this out of control,” he said softly.

Instead of answering, she pulled his head down for a kiss. In the moonlight his face was shadowed but eyes blazed with heat, penetrating deep into her psyche. She was lost and incapable of resisting her attraction.

The only sounds were their breathing and the gentle waves and water lapping at the bow. An unexpected meteor shower gave them plenty of chances to wish upon the stars. Magical.
